Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1870. Pitched artificial slate roof with shared rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening having replacement timber glazed door.
This house has maintained much of its original character and conforms to the simple and modest style evident throughout the terrace. The timber sliding sash windows enliven its appearance and adds interest to the streetscape.
