Terraced three-bay two-storey former house, built c.1880, now in use as a store. Pitched slate roof having ceramic ridge tiles, red brick chimneystack with cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills (first floor). Square-headed door opening with double-leaf timber battened sliding door.

This well proportioned building has maintained much of its original character and conforms to the attractive, simple style evident throughout the terrace. The retention of timber sliding sash windows and a red brick chimneystack enlivens its appearance.
