Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1850, originally detached retaining original aspect. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted lime rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Segmental-headed door opening with tongue-and-groove timber panelled door, and spoked overlight. Set back from line of road with timber fence to front on unpainted rendered plinth with wrought iron gate. (ii) Attached four-bay single-storey outbuilding, c.1850, to west retaining original aspect. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted lime rendered walls probably over random rubble stone construction. Openings not visible.

A charming modest-scale house of informal proportions and appearance, which has been very well maintained to present an early aspect. The house, together with the house immediately to south (22901309/WD-13-09), contributes significantly to the visual appeal of the streetscape.
