What is recorded here

Situated on flat bogland. Excavation revealed a disturbed wooden trackway consisting of runners, pegs and some brushwood but no finished surface (Cross 1999, Killoran 234, 75-6). This track has been dated to 795-395 BC (Ó Néill 2000, 187). The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
