What is recorded here

Indicated is a small oval crannog in Corglass Lough, County Cavan, sitting one hundred metres from the shore and choking under trees and bushes. It is the kind of place where people may have built rooms, lit fires and forgotten themselves inside the water. The lake keeps that much of the story, while the green growth takes the rest.

Small oval-shaped island, (dims. c. 30m N-S; c. 28m E-W), in Corglass Lough, c.100m from the shoreline. Densely overgrown with trees and bushes.
