Single-arch humped backed road bridge spanning watercourse between Deralk Lough and Corglass Lough, built c.1850. Concrete surround to abutments, cut-stone voussoirs to semi-circular arch rings, squared rubble stone to soffit, squared rubble-stone spandrel and battered piers, steel railing and concrete piers to parapet.

A robust stone bridge that is characteristic of the many small-scale bridges built in the nineteenth century throughout the country as part of the expansion of the road network. The bridge exhibits quality craftsmanship in the solid rubble stone construction with cut stone voussoirs. It is part of the county's civil engineering heritage.
