The circular conglomerate font has four lugs, measures 0.6 metres in external diameter, 0.46 metres in internal diameter, 0.44 metres in height and 0.15 metres in depth. It stands inside the gate of the rectangular graveyard that holds the parish church of Reisk on a broad low hill in the valley of the Ballymoat stream.

The parish church of Reisk (WA017-046001-) is within a rectangular graveyard (WA017-046002-) defined by a stone-faced earthen bank.
