It stands inside the gate of the rectangular graveyard that holds the parish church of Reisk on a broad low hill in the valley of the Ballymoat stream.

The parish church of Reisk (WA017-046001-) is within a rectangular graveyard (WA017-046002-) defined by a stone-faced earthen bank.
