In improved undulating pasture, within a field system (TS059-093001-), at highest point in field. A circular area (dims. 24m N-S; 25m E-W) defined by scarp (Wth 2m; H 0.2m) and possible traces of a fosse (Wth 4.1m; H 0.1m) from S-SSW. Identified as an enclosure on an aerial photograph (GSI R. 438/7, 16/04/1974). The remains of an old field boundary are visible as a linear depression, immediately to the N.
