Detached two-bay single-storey goods shed, built c.1900, now disused. Pitched corrugated-iron roof, timber bargeboards to gables, concrete block chimneystack attached to west elevation. Corrugated-iron walls. Square-headed window opening with remains of timber casement window. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door and remains of three-pane overlight. Located beside railway line.

This building remains largely intact and forms part of a complex of related former railway structures including Rathduff Railway Station and railway bridge. It retains it original form and much of its original detailing which contribute to its character. Its former purpose, as a goods store for the railway station, is a reminder of Ireland's industrial past.
