Structure

Three pieces of light brushwood and a half-split timber (Wth 1.11m; D 0.54m). The wood is in good condition and lies in poorly humified Sphagnum peat with some Eriophorum and ericaceous remains. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2001. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
