Moat is a fairy fort in County Dublin, Ireland. It is a roughly circular earthen platform about seventy metres across, rising one and a half metres above the pasture, with an outer bank three metres wide and a ditch around most of its base. The land slopes south toward the Broadmeadow river, and the southeast has been quarried until the earth looks broken and reused. Cattle still walk the rich field above it, unaware that they graze on a place people once shaped into a circle and then forgot.

Situated in a field of rich pastureland on ground falling south to road and the Broadmeadow river. Comprises a roughly circular earthen platform (diam c. 70m, H 1.5m) with an outer earthen bank (Wth 3m, H1.2m). It is splayed on the downslope side and disturbed in the N. Trees hadbeen planted around the perimeter but several had been removed leaving large holes and rotten stumps. Ditch evident around base except to the south.
