Graveslab in Moylagh was a small stone marker for Edmond Maolagh, dated 1583, inside the church of Moylagh. It measured about forty-eight by thirty-eight centimetres and bore a Latin plea for prayer beside the name of Wilhelmus, who may have built or placed the stone. The slab is no longer present, but its words still turn the chamber into a room where two lives crossed and one asked to be remembered.

Inside the church of Moylagh (ME015-032----). Adams (1870-1) records the graveslab of Edmond Maolagh (1583) ’19 in. by 15 in. (c. 0.48m x c. 0.38m)’ that is no long present but which was also recorded by Du Noyer c. 1864 (1895). Du Noyer transcribes the inscription as: ORATE P. ANIA.
