Stone Cross stands as National Monument No. 674 in County Kildare, a slender granite ringed cross bearing alternating biblical scenes on its shaft and ring. It originally rose south of the church but now occupies a sheltered niche inside the nave, pulled from the weather into the building itself. That move suggests the cross was never merely decoration; it was a witness, and the church learned to hold it rather than leave it exposed.
