Terraced three-bay two-storey rendered house, built c. 1820, now in use as offices. Pitched slate roof with black clay ridge tiles and shared chimneystacks to either end. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted ruled-and-lined rendered walling, smooth rendered plinth course. Square-headed window openings, painted limestone sills (west bay has concrete sill) and replacement timber sash windows, bipartite to west bay. Square-headed door opening, with smooth rendered surround having shamrock motif c. 1910, replacement timber panelled door and limestone plinth blocks. Original three-over-four timber sash to rear.

This substantial former townhouse reflects the building style of the adjacent properties in this important early nineteenth-century terrace which adjoins St. Peter's Church and forms part of a primary approach road to the town. Although the building has lost some of its original external fabric, it retains it façade composition and some attractive render detailing from the early twentieth century, characteristic to the terrace. The house imakes a positive contribution to the streetscape.
