Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1910, with elliptical-headed door opening to centre and segmental-headed window openings having keystones. Pitched purple slate roof with red clay ridge tiles and rendered gable chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls with render plinth and quoins. Gateway, built c. 1910, to forecourt to south-west comprising pair of cast-iron piers with hooped iron gate and railings. Section of random coursed rubble stone boundary wall to south-east possibly incorporating fabric of façade of former house, built c. 1800.
