Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Martinstown (corkaree By.) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Martinstown (corkaree By.), County Westmeath, Ireland. This large sub-circular site, measuring approximately thirty-eight metres along its northwestern to southeastern axis, sits on the summit of a steep hill that offers extensive views in all directions. It is enclosed by two earthen banks and an intervening steep, flat-bottomed fosse, with an entrance gap in the inner bank at the southeast and a causeway across the ditch. The inner bank is poorly preserved with several disturbance gaps, while the outer bank is little more than a poorly preserved counter-scarp bank.

Situated on the summit, of a steep hill with extensive views in all directions. Ringfort (WM012-058---) 135m to WNW. A large sub-circular shaped area (approx. diam. 38m NW-SE) enclosed by two earthen banks and an intervening fosse. The inner bank is poorly preserved and has several disturbance gaps, the fosse is steep and flat-bottomed and the outer bank is little more than a poorly preserved counter-scarp bank. There is an entrance gap in the inner bank at SE (Wth 2.8m) and causeway (Wth 3m; H 0.3m) across the fosse. Traces of cultivation ridges are visible running across the interior from E-W. A field fence running NW-SE intersects the perimeter of the monument at NE. See attached profile of monument surveyed and drawn by the ASI.
