What is recorded here

No visible surface trace in Oldcourt West, but a man-made underground passage cuts through the ringfort. Power named it in 1917, and the hidden tunnel still belongs to the place. It may have served as a refuge, a boundary marker, or a forgotten route between homes. The absence of a entrance does not erase the purpose; it withholds the shape of the people who used it.
