Freestanding rubble stone lime kiln, built c. 1800, now disused. Round-headed arch to west elevation with cut stone voussoirs.
Small unassuming structure, reminder of time when lime was commonplace and essential for construction and building maintenance. Of architectural, vernacular, and local historical merit.
