Jackie Power, born Seán de Paor in Annacotty in 1916, remains the county's greatest dual player because he conquered Limerick hurling and football before captaining the region to national glory. His Ahane club won fifteen county medals, while his Limerick teams captured two All-Ireland titles and four league crowns during the 1930s and 1940s. The memorial stands in his birth village, marking the man who turned local promise into historic achievement before railway work carried him toward Tralee.
Jackie Power is recorded as a memorial in County Limerick. Its open map record supplies this location and any linked names or public references.
