Semi-detached single-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, c.1930. Yellow brick walls. uPVC casement windows. Timber gable to dormer window. Concrete lintel to ground floor and dormer window. Replacement glazed timber door set in porch projection to side. Hipped slate roof with shared central red brick chimney stack. Random limestone rubble boundary wall.

An attractive early twentieth-century house which retains its original proportions. The group adds a welcome domestic scale to this largely industrial area.
