Unlocated cist within townland described by H. Roe in her unpublished report entitled 'Laois County: Gazetteer of Finds, Monuments et.' as 'a Cist containing Food Vessel but no other remains. Vessel subsequently lost. Informant, Mr. Patrick Walsh, Aughnacross, Ballinakill' (p. 4).
