Burnt mound in Knockaderry Lower

Located in pasture, in a broad hollow opening out to the E. Nine fulachta fiadh were noted in the 1950s (NMI file). Nothing is visible at ground level and there is no local knowledge of them. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
