Moated site in Knigh is a moated site in Knigh, County Tipperary, Ireland. A possible moated site appears in an aerial photograph beside a tower house to the south. FitzPatrick (1985) described a large rectangular earthwork measuring 65 metres by 54 metres, with the south, east and part of the west bank surviving at 0.5 metres high and 5 metres wide. The north boundary is obscured by a modern field boundary, and a clearly distinguishable fosse about 1 metre wide runs outside the bank to the south and east.

Situated on a S-facing slope of rising ground with nearby tower house to S. Possible moated site visible on aerial photograph (CUCAP, ATC 84) with nearby tower house (TN014-049002) to S. Described by FitzPatrick (1985, vol. 2, part 4, 18) as 'a large rectangular earthwork' (dims. 65m x 54m) with S, E and portion of the W bank surviving (H 0.5m; Wth 5m). The N boundary is obscured by a modern field boundary and there is a clearly distinguishable fosse (Wth c. 1m) outside the bank to the S and E (ibid.).
