Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c.1820. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls. Tripartite timber sliding sash one-over-one pane windows and limestone sills. Square-headed doorway with timber panelled door and overlight.
This house retains its original form and structure, enhanced by the retention of the tripartite timber sash windows. These latter are expertly finished and carved to a high degree of craftsmanship. The building's scale, materials, form and craftsmanship ensure that it makes a positive contribution to the streetscape.
