Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1865, as part of a terrace of four. Renovated, c. 1890, with timber pilaster shopfront inserted to ground floor having moulded cornice. Pitched artificial slate roof with timber fascia board and replacement rainwater goods. Painted ruled-and-lined rendered walls with projecting eaves band. Painted sills, possibly of stone with timber four-over-four and two-over-four pane sliding sash windows. Timber display windows to shopfront. Timber panelled shutters at first floor interior. Street frontage.
