Terraced single-bay four-storey house, built c. 1875, originally part of three-bay composition with building to south. Renovated in latter part of twentieth century with ground floor remodelled to accommodate commercial use having timber fascia over. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron gutter and downpipe. Painted rendered walls with projecting eaves course. Painted stone sills to paired timber two-over-two pane sliding sash windows. Aluminium-framed display window and glazed door to shopfront. Street frontage.
