What is recorded here

Killaready holds a twenty-metre earthen ring on a gentle western slope, its scarped edge rising barely sixty centimetres above the pasture. The northwest gap remains open for entry, while field boundaries trace the base like forgotten chains. People may have lived inside that dry circle before becoming legend, shaping soil into a boundary the fairies later inherited.

In pasture, on a gentle W-facing slope. Circular area (c. 20m N-S; c. 21m E-W) defined by a scarped edge (H 0.55m; Wth 0.4m). Gap (Wth 1.5m) in scarp at NW. Field boundary runs along base of scarp NE->SE. A NW->SE running field boundary runs along base of scarp at SW. Interior level, dry and covered by overgrowth along margins.
