Holy well in Tinahely

Unlocated holy well within the townland of Tinahely. According to Lynch (1994, 639) there is a holy well known as ‘St Patrick’s Well’ in the townland of Tinahely that is mentioned in the 1930s Irish Folklore Commission, Schools Manuscript Collection (IFC S 920: 6). The folklore manuscripts recorded the tradition that ‘it was believed that St Patrick drank from this well.
