In marshy ground. Partially overgrown kidney-shaped mound of burnt material (L 15.3m; Wth 11.6m; H 1.65m); opening (Wth c. 10m) faces S. Two small depressions in centre of mound are probably the result of recent digging. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
