Standing stone in Gorteenacammadil is a standing stone in Gorteenacammadil, County Roscommon, Ireland. The stone sits just off the crest of an east-west esker ridge on the north-facing slope. It has a rectangular cross-section, measures 0.95 metres wide and 0.15 to 0.25 metres thick, points north-south and reaches 1.4 metres high at the south end.
Just off the crest of an E-W esker ridge, on the N-facing slope. A stone with a rectangular cross-section (dims 0.95m x 0.15-0.25m) is oriented N-S and achieves its greatest height (1.4m) at the S end. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
