Gortlahard holds a meandering stone wall that pokes thirty centimetres through living bog, marking a forgotten boundary beside a wedge tomb. The wall stretches forty metres eastward from a newer line, half buried under grass and shadow on a slope facing the Sheen River valley. It is not a ruin of grandeur but a residue of ownership, drawn in stone before the land was forgotten.

In rough commonage, on a S-facing slope overlooking the valley of the Sheen River. The remains of a meandering field wall (T 0.5m) protrude (H c. 0.3m) above the surface of the bog (D c. 0.3m). It extends for c. 40m in a roughly E direction from a more recent N-S field boundary and is partly grass covered. A second relict field boundary (KE093-093003-) and a wedge tomb (KE093-093001-) lie in the immediate vicinity to the SW.
