Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1820, now in use as shop and having replacement timber shopfront to ground floor of front elevation. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with square-headed openings having concrete sills and six-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows.

The appearance of this building is enhanced by the retention of the timber sliding sash windows and slate roof. Its similar size, form and roofline to the surrounding buildings contributes to a row of buildings of interest in the streetscape.
