What is recorded here

Indicated was a forty-metre fairy fort on a south-facing Cork slope, visible only through hachured lines on an 1842 map before ploughs erased it. The southern wall vanished first, then the rest followed, leaving pasture where a ring once stood. Forgetting is the final plough.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Shown as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Indicated on 1904 and 1935 OS 6-inch maps with part of S side removed.
