Detached three-bay-two-storey farmhouse, built c.1900, having single-bay with dormer attic addition to side (east). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and gable copings. Rendered walls having rendered plat and sill bands and quoins. Square-headed window openings with render sills throughout, having raised render surrounds. Two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation, having bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window to first floor. Square-headed door opening with raised render pilaster surround surmounted by render cornice, having glazed timber door with overlight.
Located in its own grounds, this fine farm house has maintained much of its historic character through the retention of original fabric including fine sash windows and render decorative details.
