What is recorded here

Muddy feet, broken spears and shouted warnings filled the valley before either side knew whether they lived or bled. Ardcloyne, Ballinacurra, Ballythomas East, Ballythomas West, Ballyvrin Lower, Ballyvrin Upper, Horsehill More north and Horsehill More south became one bruised battlefield when men ran through familiar fields. Some charged like anger, some fled like shadows, and the land kept every footprint without asking permission.
