Situated on a slight but elevated natural rise in grass-land, overlooked by higher ground to the E, SW & WNW. Ringfort (WM008-052----) 55m to ESE. Ringfort (WM008-051----) 190m to S. A sub-circular shaped area (approx. diam. 28m N-S; 32m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and slight external fosse. The bank is best preserved from N-ENE and is almost completely levelled elsewhere. A field boundary intersects the monument from N-NE. The external fosse is only visible from W-N. There are traces of cultivation ridges running NW-SE across the interior.
