On top of a rise, surrounded by low-lying wet ground. A raised roughly circular area (int. diam. 25.4m E-W; 28.7m N-S) enclosed by a low earth and stone bank (Wth 3.3m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.5m). Possible stone facing is evident on the internal face of the bank at NE. The interior is uneven and slopes slightly down to N and there is a small mound (2.2m E-W; 2.5m N-S; H 0.55m) in the S half.
