Grave Yd is a graveyard in Everardsgrange, County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupies a rising pasture slope where a rectangular earthen bank measures 42 metres north to south and 25 metres east to west. The church stands on the north side, its north wall forming part of the boundary, while a stone stile near the west end of the south side provides entry. Inside this rectangular limit, a curving bank suggests an earlier enclosure that reaches 1 metre within the outer bank at its widest point.

On a rise of ground sloping gradually to S-SW in undulating pasture. A road runs outside the southern boundary of the graveyard and there is a house to the W. Cramps Castle (TS070-045002-) is visible 640m to the SW. The church (TS070-015----) is on the N side of a rectangular graveyard (dims. 42m N-S; 25m E-W), which is defined by an earthen bank. The graveyard is entered through a stone stile towards the W end of the S side. Along the N side the bank kicks in to meet the E and W gable of the church, the N wall of the church forming part of the boundary. Within the rectangular graveyard there is evidence of an earlier curving enclosure (N-S from the S wall of the church 12m; E-W 40m) defined by a bank (Wth at crest 1.1m; Wth at base 3.2m; H above int. 0.4m; H above ext. 0.8m) from S-W-N. This curving enclosure is 1m within the rectangular enclosure at its maximum extent and curves to the N and S to join with the rectangular enclosure.
