What is recorded here

In rough hill pasture, in a sheltered hollow, on a N-facing slope overlooking a river valley. The remains of a D-shaped hut site (2.5m NW-SE) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.6m) with a straight NW side (L 3.8m NE-SW). The hut site is best preserved at NW, where two boulders are incorporated into the wall. A break at SW may indicate an entrance. An enclosure (KE103-041007-) adjoins this hut site externally at NW. A relict field boundary (KE103-041001-) terminates at this cluster of sites. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
