What is recorded here
Marked as an oval embanked enclosure (ext. dims. c. 45m E-W; c. 35m N-S) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated in pasture on a W-facing slope overlooking a small S-N valley, with a stream c. 100m to the W. A field bank curving NW-E may respect the outline of the site; otherwise it is not visible at ground level.
