Detached four-bay single-storey over basement former estate manager's house, built c.1900, now vacant. Comprising a stepped gabled breakfront, flanked by single bays, with an angled terminating bay having canted bay window to the west gable. Pitched slate roof with curved gables and ashlar limestone chimneystacks. Snecked limestone walls with string course between floors. Timber sash windows set in openings with ashlar limestone dressings.
The irregular form and design of this house is enhanced by the retention of many original features and materials such as the timber sash windows, limestone masonry and slate roofs. This former estate manager's house forms part of a group of demesne related structures, with Dunsany Castle, stables, church and gate lodges.
