Extensively renovated in the late twentieth century leading to the loss of most of the original fabric, the elementary form remains intact along with some early fittings, including the furniture to the door opening. Nevertheless, the house, together with the remainder in the terrace, remains an important component of the streetscape, the early-surviving wrought iron railings to the forecourt enhancing the visual appeal of the street scene.
