Grave Yard stands on a slight rise in County Kildare, holding a ruined church and font within a D-shaped border about forty metres across. Legible markers stretch from the 18th to the 20th century, proving continuous use across generations. The straight eastern edge and gentle pasture setting suggest a practical local choice rather than grand design. People likely buried their dead here because the ground was high, visible and already marked by worship.

On a slight rise in an area of gently undulating mixed pasture and tillage. A D-shaped area (diam. c. 40m ENE-WSW) with a fairly straight E-side (L c. 50m) contains a ruined church (KD027-012----) and a font (KD027-012002-).
