What is recorded here
This togher (L 1.7m min.; Wth 0.9m; D 0.12m), noted in 1988, was orientated N-S and consisted of tightly packed longitudinal and occasional transverse hazel rods. Radiocarbon dated to 1258-898 BC (2870±60 BP, GrN-16626) (Raftery 1996, Derryoghil 22, 150).
