Enclosure in Dangandargan is an enclosure in Dangandargan, County Tipperary, Ireland. The roughly oval site measures about 31.5 metres north to south and 24 metres east to west, bounded by a well-formed earthen bank 4.7 metres wide. Its interior holds the off-centre western remains of a church, a surrounding graveyard, and a few gravemarkers to the west of the ruin.
In pasture, on gentle E-facing slope in rolling pasture. Within rectangular area defined by relatively modern stone wall. Roughly oval area (dims. c. 31.5m N-S; c. 24m E-W) defined by well formed earthen bank (Wth 4.7m; int. H 0.75m; ext. H 0.85m). Entrance (Wth 5.7m) is in centre of bank at E. Other breaches in bank at N (Wth 3m), NW (Wth 5.1m) and WSW (Wth 2m). Interior slopes gently downwards to E and remains of church (TS068-026002-) are off-centre to W. Graveyard (TS068-026003-) surrounding church and some burials within church ruin itself. Few gravemarkers to W of church and none directly to N or NE. Possible burial outside enclosure at SW, but within enclosing wall.
