What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1845, as part of a group of four with the adjoining houses to the east and west. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Replacement uPVC windows and timber panelled door.
This house forms part of an interesting terrace with the adjoining houses to the east and west. The scale and form of these houses contribute to the streetscape. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, these houses are representative of the quayside development in this area during the first half of the nineteenth century.
