Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1830. Pitched tile roof. Rendered walls. Replacement uPVC windows and timber panelled door.

This house forms part of a notable terrace with the adjoining houses to the east and west. However many of these buildings have been demolished and only the facades retained. The scale and form of these houses contribute to the streetscape. Though interesting features and materials have been replaced, these houses are representative of the quayside development in this area during the first half of the nineteenth century.
