End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1780, as a pair with the adjoining house to the north-east. Mansard slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Replacement timber sliding sash windows. Replacement timber doorcase and timber glazed door.

This house forms part of an interesting pair with the adjoining building to the north-east. Built in the latter part of the eighteenth century, this pair makes a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape. The mansard roofs are a particularly notable feature of the pair and are unusual in the urban landscape in the city.
