Detached four-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1900, with single-storey lean-to to west gable.ROOF: Double pitched; slate; terracotta ridge tiles; rendered chimney stacks; clay pots; one tall moulded terracotta pot; carved decorative timber overhanging eaves to gable ends to road side. WALLS: Rendered. OPENINGS: Square headed door; rendered chamfered surround; square headed cylinder glass overlight; replacement timber door; square headed windows; moulded and rendered surrounds; granite cills; timber casements; blocked up window to gable.
