Indicated as a sweat house only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map. It is situated on the N bank of a W-E stream on the S side of Glenfarne valley and c. 10m S of an abandoned farmhouse. It was identified and recorded by Donald Murphy where the S-facing doorway is clearly identifiable and the structure remains intact under a mound.
